Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or have sizing issues.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with us at support@romanoir.com with your Order ID.
Once your request is approved:
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
- Our delivery executive will collect the package from your doorstep. Please ensure the product is
securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
After the product reaches our warehouse:
- It will undergo a quality check.
- Once approved, and if the product is unused and in proper condition, a replacement product will
be shipped to you.
Note: Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Returns & Refunds
We currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, we ensure easy exchanges for any issues.
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
